Tickets for events and courses are non-refundable once purchased. Course dates and times are fixed once booked and cannot be changed or rescheduled. Payment for Reiki Healing and Animal Communication sessions is non-refundable. Distance Healing and Animal Communication sessions are payable after the session has taken place to ensure client satisfaction.
Appointments may be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the full fee will be payable.
All dog training and behavioural modification methods are offered in good faith and are considered safe and effective. However, Lesley Grace accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury, accident, or loss sustained by any dog, animal, or guardian during or following training or behavioural work.
Money-off vouchers are single-use only and limited to one voucher per client. Vouchers must be used before their stated expiry date and cannot be exchanged for cash.
