Reiki for people  

Reiki healing for people, offered both in person and remotely worldwide. Each session is a calm, supportive space where you can rest, heal, rebalance and reconnect with yourself. Reiki works gently to support your natural wellbeing, helping to ease stress, encourage relaxation and restore where healing can begin. Sessions are intuitively guided and tailored to your individual needs, whether you are seeking emotional support, energetic balance or simply time to pause and reset. Wherever you are in the world, Reiki can be received, offering a quiet yet deeply nurturing experience that meets you exactly where you are.

 Pyramid Reiki  

Pyramid Reiki is a high-frequency healing practice carried out within the focused energy of the copper pyramid. This structured space is believed to amplify and stabilise energy, allowing Reiki to flow at another level. Sessions offer a calm, contained environment where you can relax, release and realign. The combination of Reiki and pyramid energy supports balance on physical, emotional and energetic levels, helping to clear energy from this life or past lives and restore harmony. Each session is gently guided and intuitive, meeting your individual needs. Whether experienced in person or remotely, Pyramid Reiki offers a deeply restorative space for stillness, clarity and renewal.

 Reiki for animals   

Reiki healing for animals is offered remotely worldwide, allowing support to be given wherever your animal is, in the comfort of their own environment. Distance Reiki works beyond physical boundaries, creating a calm, gentle space where animals can relax and receive in their own way. Sessions are always respectful and intuitive, guided by the animal’s willingness and needs. Reiki may support emotional balance, recovery from stress, illness and overall wellbeing. Working at a distance often allows animals to feel more at ease, free from pressure or intrusion, while still benefiting from a deeply nurturing and supportive healing experience.  Here is a study published by the American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association with regard to the efficacy of distance Reiki.

Animal Communication.

Animal communication sessions are offered remotely worldwide, allowing a deep and meaningful connection with your animal wherever they are. Working intuitively, I tune into your animal’s thoughts, feelings and perspective, creating a space where their voice can be heard and understood. Sessions are gentle and respectful, guided by the animal’s willingness to communicate. This can bring clarity around behaviour, emotional wellbeing or changes within the home. Distance allows animals to remain relaxed in their own environment, often leading to a more open and natural exchange, supporting understanding, harmony and a deeper bond between you and your animal.

Soul-Led Guidance  & Spiritual Mentoring

Spiritual development is offered through a person-centred approach, supporting you to create meaningful and lasting positive change in your life. Through gentle guidance, we explore how shifts in awareness, perspective and thought can open new pathways forward. Mentoring sessions are tailored to you, incorporating meditation and intuitive insight to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom. By bringing attention to your thoughts and patterns, space is created for transformation and growth. Change your thoughts, change your life—this work supports you in moving forward with greater clarity, balance and a deeper sense of purpose..

Teaching   

Teaching is a natural extension of my healing work, supporting those who feel called not only to receive, but to offer healing themselves. My courses are accessible, grounded and heart-centred, welcoming both beginners and those deepening an existing path.

I believe healing ability is inherent within all living beings. My role is to help you reconnect with and refine what already exists within you.

I offer Usui Reiki training (Levels 1, 2 & 3), Animal Reiki and Animal Communication courses, alongside short workshops in energy healing, distant healing and intuitive development. All teaching is experiential, encouraging you to trust your own awareness while working ethically and sensitively.

Regular online groups and Reiki shares provide ongoing support and community.

Whether for personal growth, supporting others, or working with animals, these teachings offer a safe and nurturing space for meaningful, lasting transformation.

Emotional Freedom Technique. 

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), often known as tapping, is a gentle yet effective approach that supports emotional wellbeing by working with the body’s energy system. By tapping on specific points while bringing awareness to thoughts or feelings, EFT can help with anxiety, depression, physical pain, emotional traumas, addictions; the list goes on!  Sessions are guided in a safe, supportive space, allowing you to explore patterns, beliefs or experiences at your own pace. EFT can support a wide range of issues, helping you feel more balanced, resilient and able to move forward with greater ease and emotional freedom.
