Teaching is a natural extension of my healing work and creative path. Over the years, I’ve been privileged to support both people and animals through energy work, and it became clear that many felt called not only to receive healing — but to learn how to offer it themselves.

My courses and workshops are designed to be accessible, grounded and deeply heart-centred. Whether you are completely new to energy awareness or looking to deepen an existing practice, you will be supported in a safe, nurturing and experiential learning environment.

I believe that healing ability is not something reserved for a few — it is inherent within all living beings. My role as a teacher is simply to help you remember, reawaken and refine what already lives within you.

Reiki Training — Levels 1, 2 & 3

I offer comprehensive Reiki training from beginner to advanced practitioner level.

Reiki Level 1 — Self Healing & Foundations

Level 1 is a gentle yet powerful introduction to energy healing. It is open to anyone who feels drawn to Reiki, whether for personal growth, self-care or to support loved ones.

You will learn:

The history and principles of Reiki
How energy flows within the body
Self-healing techniques
Hand positions for treating others
Grounding and energetic awareness practices

This level is deeply nurturing and often brings a renewed sense of calm, balance and connection.

Reiki Level 2 — Practitioner Training

Level 2 deepens your connection and expands your ability to work with others professionally if you feel called.

You will be introduced to:

Reiki symbols and their applications
Distant healing techniques
Emotional and mental healing practices
Strengthening intuitive awareness
Working with clients ethically and safely

Many students find this level transformative, both personally and spiritually, as their confidence and energetic sensitivity grows.

Reiki Level 3 — Master / Teacher Level

Level 3 is for those who feel committed to living and embodying Reiki as a path of service and conscious living.

This training includes:

Master level attunements
Advanced energetic practices
Teaching preparation (if desired)
Holding space for others’ healing journeys
Deep spiritual integration work

It is a profound step that supports you in becoming a clear, grounded channel for healing presence.

Animal Reiki Courses

Animal Reiki is one of the most beautiful and humbling aspects of energy work.

Animals respond to healing in deeply authentic ways. They teach us about consent, trust, presence and heart-to-heart connection.

My Animal Reiki courses focus on working with animals — not doing healing to them.

You will learn:

How animals experience energy
Permission-based healing approaches
Reading subtle behavioural cues
Creating safe healing spaces
Distance healing for animals
Supporting rescue, anxious or elderly animals

These courses are suitable for both practitioners and animal guardians who wish to support their companions more consciously.

Animal Communication Training

Animal Communication is a natural companion to energy healing work.

In these courses, I guide students to quiet the analytical mind and reconnect with intuitive, heart-based communication — something many of us experienced naturally as children.

Training includes:
