I offer a range of teaching courses and workshops designed to support all levels of experience, from complete beginners to those wishing to teach and work professionally.
Teaching is available both one to one for a more bespoke and personal experience, and in small groups where learning remains supportive, relaxed and interactive. Group sizes are intentionally kept small, usually no more than six people, allowing space for individual guidance, questions and personal growth.
All courses are available online via Zoom as well as face to face.
Whether you are taking your very first steps into energy work or deepening an existing practice, these courses are designed not only to educate, but to inspire meaningful change and a deeper connection with yourself, others and the world around you.
Free Introduction to Reiki & Energy Healing
Are you curious about Reiki and energy healing but unsure where to begin?
I offer a free 15 minute introductory chat where you can ask questions, explore how Reiki works and discover whether it feels right for you.
For those who would like a deeper introduction, there is also a 60 minute mini workshop available to purchase, which includes a downloadable PDF handout. This gentle introduction explores what Reiki is, how energy healing can enhance your wellbeing and how it may support balance on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
Reiki Attunements & Certified Courses
Level One Reiki
Shoden – The Awakening
Your journey into Reiki begins here. 
Shoden is the foundation level of Usui Reiki and focuses primarily on self healing, personal growth and reconnecting with balance and wellbeing. Students learn how to work with Reiki energy for themselves, as well as offering healing to family, friends and companion animals.
This six week certified course includes two hours of teaching per week within a small supportive group, giving a total of ten hours tuition.
Students are introduced to:
- The history and philosophy of Reiki
- The Five Pillars of Reiki
- The Reiki precepts
- Energy awareness and self healing
- Hands-on healing techniques
- Traditional and modern Reiki approaches
A comprehensive professionally bound manual and certificate are included.

Practitioner Level Two Reiki
Okuden – The Inner Teachings
Okuden deepens and strengthens your connection to Reiki and prepares students to work professionally with clients. 
At this level students are introduced to the Reiki symbols, their meanings and practical applications, alongside both Western and traditional Japanese Reiki teachings.
This certified course runs over six weeks in a small group setting or five weeks when undertaken one to one.
Students will explore:
- Reiki symbols and their uses
- Reiki Jumon and Kotodama
- Distance healing techniques
- Emotional and mental healing
- Developing intuition and energetic sensitivity
- Professional practice and ethics
Additional tuition is available for those wishing to specialise in Animal Reiki.
Includes a professionally bound manual and certificate.

Reiki Master / Teacher Level
Shinpiden – The Mystery Teachings
Shinpiden completes the attunement process within Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki and enables the student to pass on the teachings to others. 
This is a deeply transformational level that continues to strengthen the practitioner’s connection to Reiki while exploring the spiritual and philosophical depth of the system.
This certified course runs over six weeks in a small group or five weeks when undertaken one to one.
Students will explore:
- Advanced Reiki practice
- Deepened work with the symbols and mantras
- Reiki precepts and spiritual development
- Attunements and Reiju
- Teaching methods and student support
- Traditional Japanese perspectives and practices

The Grace Way Animal Reiki Course
Animal Reiki is one of the most beautiful and humbling aspects of energy work. 
Animals respond to healing in deeply authentic ways. They teach us about trust, presence, sensitivity and heart-to-heart connection.
My Animal Reiki courses focus on working with animals rather than doing healing to them. The emphasis is always on respect, consent and allowing the animal to guide the experience.
Students will learn:

Distance Healing Masterclass 
Have you ever felt that your distance healing was not as powerful or connected as your in person Reiki sessions?
This short 90 minute workshop explores a deeper, more immersive approach to remote healing. Over many years I developed my own methods of distance healing after moving beyond some of the techniques I was originally taught. As my practice evolved, so too did the results I experienced, completely transforming the way I worked and understood energetic connection across time and space.
This masterclass is designed to help practitioners strengthen their confidence, connection and effectiveness when working remotely. Together we will explore ways to deepen intuition, enhance energetic presence, and create treatments that feel natural, powerful and fully aligned with the recipient.
Developing confidence in distance healing can also greatly expand your practice and flexibility as a practitioner. Remote sessions allow you to work with clients and animals regardless of location, offer support to those unable to travel, and create a more adaptable way of working around your own lifestyle and energy levels. Many practitioners also find that strengthening their remote work deepens trust in their intuition overall, bringing greater flow and confidence into all areas of their Reiki practice.
Working with Reiki Kotodama 
This workshop is taught over three 60-minute sessions and is suitable for Usui Reiki Level Two practitioners and above.
Kotodama translates as “word spirit”. This workshop explores the use of sacred sound, vibration and intention within Reiki practice. Working with these traditional vocal tones can deepen your connection to Reiki while enhancing energetic awareness, intuition and spiritual presence.
Students are gently guided into a more experiential understanding of Reiki through meditation, sound and energetic practice. Many find this work subtle yet profoundly transformative, bringing a greater sense of harmony and connection both within their Reiki journey and everyday life.
Reignite Your Reiki
Have you been attuned to Reiki in the past but feel disconnected from it now? 
This half day workshop is designed to help you gently reconnect with your practice and rediscover the simplicity and beauty of Reiki.
Through three simple yet powerful steps, students are guided back towards confidence, connection and flow.
The workshop includes:

This one day introductory Zoom workshop is designed for beginners and those wishing to reconnect with or revisit animal
communication.
The course explores how to develop deeper understanding, awareness and respectful communication with other species while recognising the importance of becoming compassionate advocates for animals.

The Grace Way
The Next Level Animal Communication Workshop
Designed for those with previous experience, this one day advanced Zoom workshop takes animal communication to a deeper level.
Together we explore the complexities, nuances and responsibilities involved in validated communication with animals while strengthening confidence, clarity and energetic awareness. We will look at ways to refine interpretation, recognise the difference between imagination and genuine connection, and develop greater trust in the subtle information received during a session.
This workshop supports students who wish to move beyond the basics and deepen both their practice and understanding. It is particularly suited to those who are already communicating intuitively with animals but would like to strengthen consistency, validation and confidence in the information they receive.
There will be opportunities for guided practice, discussion and shared learning within a supportive and grounded environment, helping students expand their awareness while remaining respectful of both the animals and the people connected to them
