These relaxed and enjoyable Meditation Tea Parties are designed to help you discover simple, realistic ways to bring mindfulness and meditation into everyday life without pressure or perfection.
Gather a few friends, colleagues or family members, put the kettle on and enjoy a welcoming introduction to meditation in the comfort of your own home or chosen venue.
This is not about sitting cross-legged in silence for hours. It is about exploring practical and accessible techniques that can help reduce stress, calm an overactive mind and bring more balance into daily life.
Through light-hearted discussion, guided exercises and supportive conversation, you will discover different styles of meditation and mindfulness and learn how to quieten the “mental monkeys” that so many of us experience in busy modern life.

Sessions are informal, welcoming and suitable for complete beginners as well as those looking to refresh or deepen their practice.

Available in East Sussex and surrounding areas, with corporate and group wellbeing sessions available by arrangement.
