Each session is offered remotely, allowing you to join from the comfort of your own home. You may choose to attend live or simply receive the healing quietly in your own time, both are equally effective. There is nothing you need to do, nothing you need to achieve. Just come as you are and allow yourself to be held in a supportive, compassionate space.
