This Reiki Refresher Course is a gentle yet powerful opportunity for those already attuned to Reiki to reconnect, realign, and deepen their relationship with the Reiki energy. Whether you are attuned to Reiki Level 1, 2, or 3, this course is designed to meet you where you are, honouring your existing knowledge while opening the door to greater confidence, clarity, and flow in your practice.

Over time, it’s natural for Reiki to become quieter in our lives as routines change, confidence wavers, or self-practice slips into the background. This refresher offers a supportive space to return to the heart of Reiki—its simplicity, wisdom, and healing presence. Together we revisit the foundations of Reiki philosophy, intention, and energy awareness, helping you strengthen your connection and trust in what you already carry.

The course provides guided practices to help you feel Reiki more clearly, work intuitively, and refine your self-healing or client sessions. For Level 2 and 3 practitioners, there is space to revisit symbols, the kotodama and jumon, energetic techniques, and the deeper spiritual aspects of Reiki, always in a grounded and accessible way.
