Reiki Level 2 Course – Practitioner Okuden – The Inner Teachings
The Reiki Level 2 Course, Okuden – The “Inner” or “Hidden” Teachings, is the second level of three Usui Reiki courses and marks the transition from personal practice into practitioner level work. This is the level at which students are able to begin working professionally with clients, offering Reiki treatments both in person and at a distance.
Level Two deepens your connection to Reiki and strengthens your confidence, intuition and energetic awareness. Students are introduced to the sacred Shirushi (Reiki symbols), Reiki kotodama and jumon (mantras), learning how to work with them respectfully and effectively within treatments and daily life.
This course is both practical and transformational. Alongside developing practitioner skills, many students find that Okuden supports emotional growth, spiritual insight and a much deeper understanding of the Reiki path.
During the course students will explore:
• The traditional Reiki symbols, kotodama and mantras
• Practitioner level Reiki treatments
• Distant / absent healing techniques
• Emotional and mental healing work
• Developing intuition and energetic sensitivity
• Working professionally and ethically with clients
• Japanese Reiki techniques and practices
•Western Reiki including the 7 main Chakras
• Reiki meditations and self-development
• Deepening understanding of the Reiki precepts
Students receive level 2 attunements/Reiju, a comprehensive professionally bound manual and certification upon completion.
This course is suitable for those wishing to deepen their personal Reiki practice as well as those who feel called to work with others professionally.
Available in small groups or one-to-one, online via Zoom or face to face.
The course is taught within a warm, grounded and supportive environment where questions are welcomed and learning unfolds naturally and at your own pace. Ongoing support throughout your Reiki journey.
