3 Session Zoom Course
This Reiki Refresher Course is a gentle yet powerful opportunity for those already attuned to Reiki to reconnect, realign and deepen their relationship with the Reiki energy.
Whether you are attuned to Reiki Level 1, 2 or 3, this course is designed to meet you exactly where you are, honouring the knowledge and experience you already carry while helping you rediscover confidence, clarity and flow within your practice.
Over time it is natural for Reiki to become quieter in our lives. Daily responsibilities, self doubt or simply stepping away from practice for a while can leave us feeling disconnected from the energy. This refresher offers a safe and supportive space to return to the heart of Reiki, its simplicity, wisdom and healing presence.
Together we revisit the foundations of Reiki philosophy, intention and energetic awareness, helping you strengthen trust in yourself and in the Reiki connection that has always remained within you.
Throughout the three Zoom sessions you will be guided through practices designed to help you experience Reiki more clearly, work more intuitively and deepen both self healing and healing for others.
For Reiki Level 2 and 3 practitioners there will also be space to revisit:
- Reiki symbols and their meanings
- Kotodama and Jumon
- Energetic techniques and practices
- Spiritual and philosophical aspects of Reiki
- Strengthening intuition and energetic sensitivity
Questions are welcomed, experiences are shared and learning unfolds in a grounded, relaxed and supportive environment.
